As it is essential to know that you and I are a good fit for one another, I offer a complementary consultation meeting to answer any questions about myself, my doula services and to allow the opportunity for me to better understand your specific needs. If you feel we are a good match then we can explore the services below!

The Birth Package 

The Birth Package includes unlimited email, phone and text support, for you or your partner, any time throughout pregnancy and postpartum.

Prenatal Visits: During these visits we will identify your needs, desires and address concerns regarding your pregnancy, birth and parenthood. I can provide you with evidence based information regarding holistic nutrition, herbal medicine, and various comfort measures.

Together we will explore several pain management techniques and coping skills, as well as optimal positions for labouring and birthing. We will discuss when to call your doula, doctor or midwife and examine signs of labour and its progression, so that you are fully prepared for the moment of birth.

Labour and Birth: I will be on-call for you two weeks before your due date to two weeks after. When you go into labour and feel you need my support, I will come to your house or meet you at the hospital or birth center. I will create a calm and sacred space for you to transform into a mother, and I will ensure that you are comfortable, fed, well hydrated and well prepared to welcome your new baby into this world. I will also remain with you for up to 2 hours after your birth to ensure bonding and a good start to breastfeeding.

Postpartum Follow-Up: This final home visit allows for us to talk about your birth experience and discuss any questions you may have.
